The ethos of BAM Community Church is to be Authentic, Growing, Nurturing and Honest
It is important as a church family to embrace our humble beginnings and to make a platform for needs to be met, gifts and talents to be explored and a place where we grow and develop.
All this is exclusively to make Jesus known and to reflect his word and relevance and bring others to know him.
Our ethos is reflected in the 5 core values of the Church which guides all our activities, those being:- to meet practical, emotional and spiritual needs through spending time together; bible study and prayer; and individuals being developed to continue God’s work of reaching others to know Christ
If we were to think of words that reflect the heart of BAM they would be everyday people, authenticity, passion for Christ, family, surrender, discipline, disciples, joy and fellowship.
